The above quote sums up, in a nutshell, some of the attributes of a great team or group. When individuals are mindful of these characteristics, it will be challenging to say goodbye. My Farewell Experience "High-performance teams add tremendous value to organisations. These individuals were teachers on an internship program. As a result, they came to share best practices and to learn from us. The duration with us was about a month. Getting Ready—Expanding Horizons and Expanding Resources

Podcasts Save the Children    In expanding my horizons, I began searching assiduously for podcasts related to global issues in early childhood on the Save the Children and the Global Fund for Children websites. I wanted to find materials relating to the many challenges our children face worldwide, especially emerging from a very impactful discussion surrounding the Gonzales family: The first generation of the immigrant experience. The search was rather time-consuming, and the results provided limited resources. However, I listened to the Save the Children's Documentary repeatedly, which speaks about a family that suffered immense violence, poverty, and the desire to see their loved ones again. Elizabeth tried to make a run for it to El Salvador after several threats and attempts of being kidnapped.
