The above quote sums up, in a nutshell, some of the attributes of a great team or group. When individuals are mindful of these characteristics, it will be challenging to say goodbye. My Farewell Experience "High-performance teams add tremendous value to organisations. Nurturing and developing them aids efficiency and maximises the effectiveness and flexibility of individuals and the organisation" (Crowe Associates (n.d.).  A few years back, I can recall that the institution where I worked previously was visited by a team of volunteers from Great Shape Inc. These individuals were teachers on an internship program. As a result, they came to share best practices and to learn from us. The duration with us was about a month. The experience of intercultural exchanges was terrific. Besides, being culturally aware teaches you valuable skills, but it is also a lot of fun! Walden offers a variety of programs that are designed to help students succeed and forge interconnections within the global arena. University Services, Academic Resources, and My Finance are all important services provided to students. As a student, I participated in courses that allowed me to grow, as well as areas of specialty that matches my immediate and long-term professional and personal goals, through University Services. Students may easily obtain books and other affordable materials. Academic Resources refer to the collection of information on programs, methods, and rules available to all students. Getting Ready—Expanding Horizons and Expanding Resources

Podcasts Save the Children    In expanding my horizons, I began searching assiduously for podcasts related to global issues in early childhood on the Save the Children and the Global Fund for Children websites. I wanted to find materials relating to the many challenges our children face worldwide, especially emerging from a very impactful discussion surrounding the Gonzales family: The first generation of the immigrant experience. The search was rather time-consuming, and the results provided limited resources. However, I listened to the Save the Children's Documentary repeatedly, which speaks about a family that suffered immense violence, poverty, and the desire to see their loved ones again. Elizabeth tried to make a run for it to El Salvador after several threats and attempts of being kidnapped.
